Dr. Wanqiang XU简介：

　　BE, Hebei Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Enginnering, 1981-1985,
　　ME, Shanxi Institute of Mechanical Engineering, 1988-1991,
　　Ph.D, The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, 2002-2006.
　　Currently he is working as a research fellow in the Australia Research Council (ARC) Center of Excellence for Light Metal Design, in the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Twenty of journal papers in the field of materials texture, crystallography and casting metals were published in international journals, such as Acta Materialia, Materials Science and Engineering A, Materials Characterization, Scripta Materialia, Materials Science Forum in last few years. He is the first one to invent the as-cast ausferrite grey iron, and one of few pioneers to develop the 3-D FIB-EBSD tomography in the world. The following is the abstract of my presentation.
